Return Policy:

Unused merchandise is eligible for a full refund through February 18th. Shipping is not refunded. You can initiate a return by emailing us at support@dearfoams.zendesk.com. In this email, please provide the following information:

Your full name
Email address used when placing the order (if different)
Billing zip code
Order #
What item(s) you would like to return, including style, color, size and pairs to return
Reason for the return

Once we receive your request, a Customer Service Team Member will reach out to confirm and complete your request.

Return shipping is not included and the responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
